I am a photographer &  visual storyteller with over 10 years experience shooting community journalism, politics and travel lifestyle. I have worked as a staff photographer at Scripps Howard News Service in Washington D.C.,  the Gannett owned News-Press in Southwest Florida, and The Patuxent Publishing Company in Baltimore and it's surrounding neighborhoods. 

As a freelancer, my work has appeared in USA Today, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Denver Post, Food Network Magazine, The Associated Press, and others. I've been recognized by the National Press Photographers Association, Society for News Design, and Parenting Publications of America contests and attended the Eddie Adams Workshop as a photojournalism student of the Corcoran School in Washington DC.

I have lived and worked around the globe as a photographer and educator and am currently based in Athens, Greece and Washington DC.
